Defeat Rathbreaker - cannot respawn after death + cannot see party

Earning Passage Quest - Defeat Rathbreaker step. When my party member an I died, we were not able to respawn due to the message "you do not have the required quest state." We had to log out and back in to respawn, and now, we cannot see/teleport to each other due to the same message.

This same thing happened to me. Only Rathbreaker is glitched on the cliff and will not attack. He takes damage but immediately regenerates.

If I die I have to restart the game.
