Considered Casting support gem bugged.

Just found out the considered casting does not increase the dmg of Lightning conduit within Cast on shock. But it still works on other skill gems.

Is there a bug or not?

Probably a regression introduced in 0.1.1.

Yeah, maybe they broke the code of considered casting in Cast on skills.

Pretty sure "Considered Casting" was never intended to work with triggered skills (description does say it is only for skills you cast yourself), probably it was fixed and they forgot to put it in patchnotes.

Problem is many people get confused finding out their dps is suddenly lower (I was one of them), so they should really add it...
