End Game Bug Trial of Chaos Issue

i just finished the Cruel Difficulty and only had the temple of chaos quest left. (the Trials of chaos)
After one failed attempt at the trial it has now locked me out of doing any reruns. Or put any new keys in, and it will not allow me to enter endgame maps without completing this quest.

Same, after failing a trial I can't input another one at all. It's completely bugged. Tried going to character menu and back but didn't work, may try full restart.


Was able to proceed by going to the trial from the map (not the shortcut) and then starting a new instance.

i tried multiple instances of closing the game out completely, going back to the character menu and nothing is working, even went as far to restart the computer (just to make sure)

I am using a controller so not sure how to do it with mouse, but you can click any area and go to start new instance, for gamepad it's hold down a. this worked for me and I was able to start a new trial.

that worked for me as well on pc. so this is resolved, good workaround
