"You do not have the required quest state"

So, I'm already in Endgame, but I was doing regular Temple of Kopec Cruel runs, and, suddenly at the end I couldn't "finish the quest" (which is silly, because I've finished it like, 20 times), and now I can't use my own portal nor anyone's portal, and I can't even use most waypoint in Act 3 Cruel.

It always says "You do not have the required quest state", I tried the quest again several times, and nothing, same bug, I'm trapped.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I basically can't do anything on Act 3 Cruel.

I'm also having this issue except Act 2 first playthrough and it happens when I try to respawn at a checkpoint. Was working fine before the patch. Having to restart the game when I die is a bit much.

What helped me was going to the previous act, talk to the last NPC to travel to the current act.

Tried that 3 times and every time I die, I still get that message
