Can't resurrect at checkpoint act 2

unable to resurrect at checkpoint at the beginning of act 2 with a message "you do not have the required quest state"

any ideas on what to do? It's making me unable to continue my character

I have this same problem as well. Log in and character is at the checkpoint for the Rathbreaker fight. But once I die, I cannot resurrect and get the "you do not have the required quest state" error message each time I click the Resurrect at Checkpoint button.

I have to quit the game completely and relaunch in order to appear at the same checkpoint.

I am on PS5 (regular, not Pro) by the way.

I too am in the same situation. The very beginning of Act 2, while clearing out the desert, on my way to Rathbreaker, I had activated the check point to the south-east. I died somewhere in that map and received the error. It also happened when I fought Rathbreaker. I would die, receive the error, and have to restart the game.
