Lost contact with the realm during map / after relogin no portals to map & map "attempted"

Couple minutes ago during map clearng I was disconnected with information "game server lost contact with the realm". I was able to relog instantly and get back into game. Unfortunately I was in hideout and there were no portals back to the map (while I haven't used any during clearing). On Atlas map now shows that map was "attempted".

Must say that hurt a lot since for some time I tried to corrupt waystone 15 to 16 and finaly did it and got my first waystone 16. In addition I searched for map with boss and corruption and used couple towers to make it irradiated.

As first experienc with T16 it feels bad, especialy that I'm playing only with only self found stuff.
