Death in Trial Sekhema after boss died + no respawn popup

Hello There,
So I killed 4th floor boss in Trial Sekhema, it died and than it killed me. I feel like that his spin (spark attack thing) kept going and killed me (might have been Damage over time, but i dont think he has poison/bleed/other dots) after it was dead. Trial is counted as completed, but my character is dead. There is no popup window for respawn, only course of action is log out and log back in.

I had also glowing orb, not sure if it should have taken effect with CI.




Don't feel like death was correct, since boss died before me and dont think it has DoT (again might be wrong).

Not having respawn popup is definitely bug tho.
