Fireflower unique amulet bug

Posted 2 videos showing the bug. So I decided to use the fireflower solar amulet, and one of the mods states: "Take 100 Fire Damage when you Ignite an Enemy". I acknowledged this mod and tested it to make sure I could tank all the damage, which I could. However, when I started playing with a buddy, we noticed that he would also take damage from the amulet, and my minions as well. This never happened before, until I equipped the amulet. We also checked the map modifiers to make sure it's nothing there, and even switched maps. After a bit of confusion, we decided to get a second opinion using the discord and reddit. After getting posts to check our support gems, and passives (which we did) someone pointed out that damage FFX from the amulet was also showed up on my buddy and my minions. It was confirmed that it was 100% the amulet after that, so either its bad wording on the amulet description that needs to be fixed, or it's a bug that somehow applies dmg from the amulet to me and all my allies instead of just me.
