Solus Ipse not able to use

The Solus Ipse was able to be equipped but unable to be used even though character meets stat requirements of 46 STR, DEX, & INT. Equipping it also makes the Morior Invictus have issues as well. However, player can pick up and re-equip the Morior Invictus and it will function normally even while the Solus Ipse is still not functioning. Raising all attributes above 64 seems to resolve the issue however.

I am experiencing the same problem with the same item. Equipping more than 64 on all stats also solved this for me.

In fact, it seems to artifically raise the strength requirement of other items.
When I boost my stats all above 64, I cannot equip other items that require less than 64 strength. Images attached. https://i.imgur.com/z6AuO5T.jpeg |
