I killedthis BOG Witch 4 times it's not greyed out and no trophy to get my 30 spirit. my character has 100 spirit and I finished other quest to get 70 now I'm still 30 short. Because of this witch won't drop trophy.

You get 30 from A1 Freythorn, 30 from A3 bog witch, and 40 for A6 bog witch. If you have 70 spirit you missed one earlier in the first 3 acts.
