Performance degradation over time (PC)

While having PoE2 running over long periods of time - there is a significant performance degradation, which instantly gets resolved with relaunching PoE2. Usually happens after 2-3 hours, and manifests as a general ~10-30% fps loss.
Made some screenshots for a ~7 hour session, where fps got as low as ~50-55, while after game restart - immediately got back to 165ish (To capped value).

Steps to reproduce: stay afk in hideout for a long time (3+ hours). Also occurs during the active gameplay (mapping), but much easier to reproduce with afk method.

P.S. I forgor to check taskmanager for RAM and VRAM usage (since it can be memory leak).

I'm experiencing this as well; thought I was going crazy. On fresh game launch, I get about 200 fps in hideout and ~160-180 in maps.

After an hour or two of afking, I come back to 100fps in hideouts and 80-90 in maps. Checked so many things including GPU/CPU temps, RAM timings, everything. Benchmarked all my hardware and they seem to all be working fine.

Only now noticed that dxdiag is missing motherboard, CPU and RAM parameters, so added in original post.
