Performance degradation over time (PC)
While having PoE2 running over long periods of time - there is a significant performance degradation, which instantly gets resolved with relaunching PoE2. Usually happens after 2-3 hours, and manifests as a general ~10-30% fps loss.
Made some screenshots for a ~7 hour session, where fps got as low as ~50-55, while after game restart - immediately got back to 165ish (To capped value). Steps to reproduce: stay afk in hideout for a long time (3+ hours). Also occurs during the active gameplay (mapping), but much easier to reproduce with afk method. Before relaunch:

I'm experiencing this as well; thought I was going crazy. On fresh game launch, I get about 200 fps in hideout and ~160-180 in maps.
After an hour or two of afking, I come back to 100fps in hideouts and 80-90 in maps. Checked so many things including GPU/CPU temps, RAM timings, everything. Benchmarked all my hardware and they seem to all be working fine. RTX 4090 13900ks 64GB DDR5 RAM 6000MHz |

Only now noticed that dxdiag is missing motherboard, CPU and RAM parameters, so added in original post.
