auto bot detector screw up normal player!!!

I ran 10 ritual maps and haven't seen a single omen, not even the bad ones. I have also experienced a significant reduction in drop rate even with juiced map. I know there is an auto bot detector and shadow nerf of their drop rate but can you look into this logic? because its screwing me up really badly. I have been playing long hours over the past month but thats not the reason of me getting shadow nerfed like this.
