Extremely high ping for EU servers from morning to evening.

Hello everyone,
I've had the following problem since the beginning of January. In the morning hours the game is completely unplayable, from 4 a.m. to 7 p.m. the servers are very laggy. I'm attaching two pictures, the first is from January 10th, 2025, the second is from January 13th, 2025 at around 12:30 p.m.
What did I do on my side of the screen?
- I opened a ticket with my internet provider, then a service technician came to my house and checked my system. Everything is fine.
- I tested other games and watched UHD films via streaming to see if there were any problems. Everything was fine.
- I bought a mobile hotspot to play over the mobile network. The problem is still there.
- I switched my cell phone to be a hotspot. The problem is still there.

Playing like this is really damn discouraging.

I have also repeatedly changed the server from Frankfurt to Milan and other EU servers, unfortunately it is always the same result.

Unfortunately this seems to be a general problem on the server side since it happens to a lot of us in Europe the least. (regardless of what server we pick to connect to)

Hard to say what is causing it since some people seem fine while others are getting the spikes constantly until the point that they get dropped to the login screen.

Can only hope something is being done in the background.
