Pixelated since 2 days

So 2 days ago the game became completly pixelated for me. I changed no Hardware / changed no Settings.
The Mana/Life/Buffs/Minimap is sharp as always, but the game itself is completly pixelated...
This occurs at random places, sometimes all is good, then this happens out of nowhere (even if I am alone in my hideout)

Anyone else got this Problem and maybe has a solution?
I also tried to repair the game via Steam, but didnt help.
