Do "Allies in your presence" buffs stack?

Me and my friend were gonna play SSF double minion build under the assumption both our sceptres will affect each others minions, so my minions would get my sceptre bonuses and also his sceptre bonuses. Does it work like that?

Yes, it works. You’ll notice on the malice scepter, if 2 players have one next to the same enemy, the stacks of increases crit chance will build much faster than just one

that's because Malice debuffs the enemy.

i'm pretty sure buffs to minions, only apply to your minions unless otherwise specified.

Allies however are basically everyone who isn't your enemy, so I guess the "allies in presence" would stack yes. But only if they would be in your presence ofcourse.
