cast on minion death bugged on spawned mobs

I found a bug where cast on minion death with raging spirits wont detonate comets if the enemy already didn't exist when the map was loaded.
For example, if I'm doing a breach, expedition, delirium, or altars the enemy's spawn when the event starts, the raging spirits will die but wont proc "cast on minion death", only works on regular mobs that were loaded by the map. I really hope they fix this because I love the cast on minion death build. I have been just been having to skip events on maps because they are an almost guarantee that I will die. If I do try to do some events, I only do them when I have no xp in fear of losing 10%. Breaches and rituals are especially bad because you get overrun so quickly when your skills are not being triggered.

GGG are you kidding, do you ignore this or what? Same build works on maps but not breach, ritual, expedition, trial of chaos, strongbox and corrupted map monsters

Yeah I'm having the same issue too. Really sucks when you can blast away a map with ease and then can't even do half the end game stuff because your build just decides to not work. Can't even do Temple of Chaos and even half the rooms in trials because those spawn enemies in too.
I hope GGG fixes this soon so I can enjoy clearing breaches with my comets lol |

me too. Really sucks. Basically you cant play this build in any of those "special" stuff. so i guess i have to completely build another char and build without any cast on minion death. i really dont want to do that in the current very limited set of different chars to play around with.
