Mercenary Sorcery Ward Bug

Anyone notice a bug where if you have Sorcery Ward active and the unique Amulet "Surefooted Sigil Jade Amulet" equipped, which increases evasion every time you dodge roll, Sorcery Ward's cooldown resets to 8 sec after every roll?

I saw this on patch notes for 0.3.0
"
The recharge time of Sorcery Ward no longer restarts when your Armour or Evasion changes.

But this bug still exists for dodge roll with the amulet AS WELL as the passive that gives evasion on dodge roll.
This has been reported multiple times and is supposedly fixed but it isn't.
