Augury Doors not opening

I pulled all 3 levers but the doors are not opening in the Augury Map.

If someone else has this problem. Exit to the character selection load in again go into the Map (the portals should still be there).
Then one lever should not be pulled anymore and you can pull it again.

I think the issue was that when i was pulling the lever i got knocked away by a mob and thus cancelling the pulling but it stilled showed the lever as pulled because it was almost complete.
