Unable to unlock points 7 & 8 of boss atlas passive tree

For some reason I am not receiving a book with skill points when completing a irradiated, corrupted, T16 boss map.

Is there anything I can do to skill get those points?

Issue clearly sitting in front of the screen, had forgotten to allocate points 5&6 which includes one +1 boss level
