Level 78 trial of chaos no ascendancy points

ultimatum said that it would award ascendancy points, ran through the trial, got to the end and got the rewards but ascendancy shrine wasnt interactable. Not sure what to do now, i hate doing these trials but i wanted my points

Anyome else run into this issue? Clarification, my buddy ran me through the 3rd ascendancy point trial of chaos before i did the act 3 quest item trial.After completing the level 78 trial i noticed that not only was the level 78 ultimatum gone but also the lvl ~36 one from the campaign was gone as well. After portaling out of the reward area and coming back it changed, there was no longer the door leading to the trial master as there was when i first came in

I have now run another level 78 trial, also saying that i would recieve ascendancy points and again the shrine is uninteractable. This is insane my character is completely bricked and unable to get the 4th set of ascendancy points

iirc lvl 75 was supposed to be for 3rd tbh not sure about 4th and if you've already got the 3rd might be a bug it showing you can get it then

At the end of 10 rounds of the Trial of Chaos you can decide to challenge The Trialmaster. To do that you need to use 3 Fates to unlock the doors to The Trialmaster's Tower. Each Fate drops from a different boss during the 10'th round of the Trial of Chaos.

Cowardly Fate - Drops from Uxmal, The Beastlord during the 10th round.
Deadly Fate - Drops from the Bahlak, The Sky Seer during the 10th round.
Victorious Fate - Drops from Chetza, The Feathered Plague during the 10th round.

Defeating The Trialmaster for the first time unlocks your 4th ascendancy points.

Thank you i was getting very irritated with this, thought i was locked out completely. Probably should be some in gane explanation for that, the ultimatums just say that you will recieve ascendancy points. I hate sekhemas so this is a much better option

There is one I think, if you mouseover where it says "Ascendancy Points" in the top-right of the Passives screen.
