+skill level Allocated by Megalomaniac bugged.

I have Endless Blizzard allocated via a Megalomaniac socketed in the passive skill tree.



When socketed the skill level shows it goes up by +1 from 33 to 34, but the damage from going up a level is not added.





The 1st image is how the skill displays normally and on entering any new map. The 2nd image is after I right click to remove the cold mastery support gem and drop it right back in. This seems to "fix" it and give me the intended damage. The problem is this has to be done every single time you enter a portal or new map.

The bug does not appear to be only an error in the tooltip, but does affect the actual damage dealt.
