3rd rune from Secret in the Dark Quest

I killed boss and died in 1 moment, boss dropped 3rd last rune for me in quest Secret in the Dark Quest. Then I released after death and didn't find 3rd rune on the map. Pillar is bugged. I can't activate it, but I still need 3rd rune.
