Merged PC & PS5 accounts and can’t see my characters on PS5
I might be having a problem with my Account merger.
I played POE1 on PC and on Playstation, just a couple on PlayStation and a lot on PC. I now started playing POE2 on PC and wanted to 'activate' Cross-save to play my PC account on my PS5. I bought the game on PlayStation, tried to log in and saw that my characters weren’t there. So I closed the game, opened the website and linked my account to my PSN. It showed me a message to merge accounts. I merged the accounts that I had, 'Hirowearsprada#3142' (which is also the account I play POE2 on PC) and 'Hirowearsprada#9984' and connect them to Sony/PSN. Now when I log into POE2 on PS5 I don't have any characters and only get the option to create a new one, when I go to 'Change character' I only have one character to choose from. What did I do wrong and what can I do to fix this? Last bumped on Jan 11, 2025, 5:14:24 PM

Hey there, it may be that you need to select the correct sub-account when logging into the character select screen. You can find more information about this in our Account System Update thread.
Please try creating a character on the empty account if the drop down menu isn't viewable as shown in the screenshot on that thread, and then select the correct sub-account with your purchases and characters. If issues still persist, please email us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this matter for you. Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you. | |
Thanks a lot! That worked well.
The only issue I have now is that I don’t got my stashes I bought on PC. Well, I do see them, but I can only pull out items, but can’t put anything in there and I only have the 3 normal stashes you have from the beginning. When I log in, I can choose my primary and secondary account, but it keeps switched back to the secondary, even tho I still can see all my characters, but my microtransactions are missing. |
