Problem with early access!!!

So i bought a code form Eneba for early access of POE2, I got the game, play on it for 75 hours and now i dont have access to it for some reason. Can someone help me with this? I even bought currency.

I'm having the same issue this morning. POE2 had an update on Steam and as soon as I get on they say I have no access. Same on my POE account online.

The same thing happened to me. The early access key disappeared from my account, it is no longer there. The game offers me to buy early access again. I am stupefied, two days have passed and nothing has changed.

If you obtained your early access by redeeming an early access key, then the key's status may have been revoked. I am unable to speculate on how or why this may have happened. Path of Exile 2 Early Access keys are only sold as part of an early access supporter pack. If this was the case for you, I'm terribly sorry, however we will be unable to assist. Players who have been affected by this must reach out to whomever the player received the key from to check with them regarding the status of their key. These players can rest assured that their characters, items, and progress will remain as they are until their account is once again eligible to participate in Early Access. We would always suggest making any Path of Exile purchases directly with us as this allows us to help with any potential issues you may have. | |

Not much they can do about something you bought from a random site, you will probably have to deal with that site for a refund.
