Map Boss skill point bug

I died to a level 82 boss and my coop partner killed it. the 4th skill book dropped but, I was unable to pick it up because I was dead. after killing another level 82 boss the skill book no longer drops.

Same here book of skill doesnt drop anymore even when I complete a lvl82 map with only 4 skills point unlkocked so far
