Infinite passive allocation (without any points)

I seemed to have glitched my passive tree through a series of refunding and using weapon points.

I can now assign infinite passives in my tree (though I do not gain any benefits besides having to pay to refund them). The nodes light up, but the connecting lines stay dim. It only allows me to do this if I assign as "main" points (ie. not weapon points), and does not change highlighting when swapping weapons.

I'm not sure how the bug started, but I noticed it while trying to refund my passive tree and reassign weapon points. I had selected nodes on the tree but without having enough points.

Platform: PC (Steam version) using an Xbox One controller
