Twin bosses in Sulphuric Caverns do not drop appropriate loot

This is the fifth time these bosses in Sulphuric Caverns haven't dropped the normal loot table for bosses in t15 maps if I disable loot filter there's two ultimate life flasks and what is pictured that dropped. Most t15 map bosses including these in the past IIRC drop me at minimum 2 t15 waystones.


to give you an example this is a 600% waystone while the above pictured is with a higher boss difficulty from Atlas but only 485% it dropped 0 waystones

i just did this map with a t15 900+ waystone drop chance at lvl 80 area and got a t8 and a t13 map
