MY POINTS APPEAR IN THE WRONG ACCOUNT

My points were transferred from Playstation, but I did the early access of the game on Steam again, but the game points appear in the wrong account, how can we fix it? Will deleting my Poe 1 account completely fix the situation or is it possible to merge the two accounts?

Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
