i'm stuck at act 2 cruel

Hi, I get stuck at act 2 cruel "ascent the power" quest. I can't progress any way, there's no way to teleport or travel from Vastiri Outskirts.

You can ignore "Ascent to Power", that's basically just there as a reminder to do trials to ascend when you have the chance. In Cruel, you won't get a quest item drop to basically guarantee that you'll get the ascension points.

There's a boss in the Vastiri Outskirts that's necessary to kill in order to board the Caravan.

After killing Rathbreaker in Act 2 Cruel Vastiri Outskirts, you aren't able to talk to Zarka and board the Caravan?

Have you tried clicking on her (Zarka) to see if there is highlighted option to select in the text choices?

Sometimes you don't see the quest icon above the NPC. It's rare but it happens. But if you still click the npc you should be able to select the option to complete the quest.

Was just chatting with someone else who had this problem in-game: it seems they had to run up to/touch the caravan to make the area transition for boarding the caravan to appear.
