Request that the account be unblocked and provide appropriate guidelines

Dear Customer Support Team,

My account was muted again today, and I believe it may be due to a message posted in the global chat inviting low-level players to play together. I just want to help them level up quickly so that they don't have enough talent to avoid the annoyance of not having the right equipment. I've observed that other players often post similar messages in the same chat, but their accounts don't seem to be muted.
Such messages are generally considered acceptable, and I have yet to find any clear rules prohibiting such behavior. This confuses and unfairly me because it seems like only my account is being muted. This has happened more than once, and I want to understand why.

Here are my concerns and requests:
I kindly check the status of my account and unmute it according to the real situation.

Can you clarify the specific reason why my account was banned and what rules I violated?

Why don't other players who posted similar messages seem to be subject to the same action?

I really enjoyed playing this game and have always aimed to follow its rules. If I might be doing something wrong unknowingly, I would like to be explained in detail so that I can avoid such problems in the future.
