Invoker Monk: Support Gems for "Unbound Avatar" lost after unskilling "...and I Shall Rage"

How to replicate:

* put a skill point into "...and I Shall Rage"
* add support gems, such as
** ingenuity
** fire mastery
** lightning mastery
* unskill "...and I Shall Rage"
=> support gems not recovered ...

* put a skill piont back into "...and I Shall Rage"
=> support gems not recovered ...

May happen with other skills made available from ascension as well. I did not try.

Can confirm it happened with "elemental expression" as well. Lost multiple support gems from that skill and unbound avatar.
