Time-lost jewel with Adorned jewel BUG AFTER PATCH

Magic CORRUPTED time-lost jewel with node with % effect doesn't work with adorned now. Why?

Let's me explain, here is the jewel:



It's magic? Yes.
It's corrupted? Yes.
It's has a node with numeric value, that can be increased with Adorned? Yes.

Next, read the Adorned description:


So question is here. Why this doesn't work? Why Adorned doesn't increase numeric value on the node? Because there % crit chance nodes on the tree:


Without Adorned:


No critical chance decreased? Because this node doesn't work now with Adorned. But why?

Same thing, noticed that my crit damage/chance bonus doesn't scale from my 79% adorned at all, but at the same time my emerald time-lost also gives +2% bow damage for small nodes which scales to 3% while adorned socketed.

Let's me explain, here is the jewel:

Hold Alt over the jewel. You should see "Unscalable Value" after the "% increased effect of small passives in radius" line. That would be why it doesn't work with The Adorned.
