some belts lowering damage

my friend bought ingenuity belt, i just wanted to try and see the dmg increase but after changed my belt to ingenuity my old belts started to lower my dmg output, it happens only on some belts. After defeating maps, it looks like my dmg turns to normal(flat 100k as seen in the video) but bug still happens if i replace belts

Do you have the notable passives Killer Instinct or Initiative allocated? If so, you have increased attack/melee damage while on full life, respectively.

The belts that lowered your damage increased your maximum life, making you no longer "on full life".
