[POE 2] Rondel of Fragility Lunar Amulet unaffected by Reaver Catalysts

3 of the Modifiers %damage %skill speed % crit should be affected by Reaver Catalysts. Technically Sibilant and Reaver should both be affecting those mods as they are the generic versions which are better than the spell or attack versions. Either way by the "alt" description in the game it should be affecting the amulets stats with quality.
