Is no cd blink intentional?

It feels like playing on creative mode. Looks like jousis build in poe1.

Was curious if the end game is gonna be like this. Acts and the end game feels like two separate games. At least for some classes.

Warrior end game doesn't look so far from the acts but the sorc and the monk looks bit broken to me.

It was supposed to be super rare but GGG thought it was fine to leave a dupe active for a week+. it won't be as common on the actual launch.

I do think that was the intention of them making Temporalis personally, yes. It was just supposed to be a 200D+ item, not a 10D (what I paid for mine) item. Once the dupe is fixed and it has the appropriate scarcity, I think that's fine.


What I don't think they intended was the loop with Choir of the Storm. :P The fact that if it crits it triggers itself is causing instance crashes, so I think they'll chance it to not self-trigger. But hopefully it still has the 0s cooldown because the build is a really fun build to aspire to.

I think it's cast time should not be modifiable, or cd cannot go below 1 sec. I like to believe that it was not intentional but I guess we gotta wait for the upcoming patch and see.
