Necromantic Talisman Passive

Necromantic Talisman Passive : All bonuses from an Equipped Amulet apply to your Minions instead of you.

So my question is does the anoint on a talisman benefit the minions as well? Say I anointed it 25% minion damage, would they get that as well?
