Soul core of citaqualotl (+element) on weapon works abnormally with damage conversion after patch

Damage decreased around 30% after new patch, seems like damage conversion on Avatar of Fire is somehow missing part of the fire damage bonus (I had around +370% fire damage bonus).

after update:
hammer of god damage from 300k to 200k
stampede damage from 12k to 8k


Later, I found the damage shows normally at ziggurat refuge
For stampede (without fire damage gem):
(all calculation in lowest damage)

Before:

without avatar of fire:
total damage: 4873
physical damage: 2755
fire damage (i have +fire damage to attack): 2188

with avatar of fire:
total damage: 7862


now:

without avatar of fire:
total damage: 4123
physical damage: 2755
fire damage (i have +fire damage to attack): 1368

with avatar of fire:
total damage: 5077

After trying different weapon, I found out this problem only occurred with Soul core of citaqualotl, likely related to the latest update

Still not fixed after new patch
