Binding chains + floor 4 boss interaction bug

Binding chains works by applying the slowing chains on hit. However, on the mechanic where floor 4 boss disappears and you have to collect hourglasses as your get gradually slower before he isntagibs you, it causes binding chains to proc. Therefore, as soon as the sequence starts youre immediately already at a pace that makes it impossible to even get 2 hourglasses before youre killed because the binding chains slow and the mechanic slow are stacking. Theres no way this is intended as youre not actually getting hit by anything during this mechanic and just getting slower over time.
