Minion casters - We currently have no sceptre caster modifiers that buff your minions ^^

Hey there,

Minion casters lack in 1 big area, that being them not being able to get any buffs from your weapon aside from "cast speed", "increased damage" and of course "+# level of all minion skills".

While meelee and attack minions get all the elemental "attack" modifiers from sceptre.

Would be nice to have some more caster support ^^
