Just got banned trading 5 ex for 2 level 78 wands (is 10 i was going to swap chars to pay him)

Traded with friend during EA after work got banned nearly immediately, waiting on the devs to hit me up, i dont use the forums if you do this is a warning for you, i dont even know exactly what triggered it, receiving items for a level i was going to be in like 14 levels?

I have already messaged support@grindinggear.com, made statements on discord, reddit and YouTube, You guys have actually replied here - where as i haven't been replied to in email.
When i say banned, i meant account locked, its the same difference to me, i cant play a game i payed for that has a time based incentive to play, as an adult. like do you see why im upset? i worked all day yesterday came home, and got banned in less than 40 minutes, after dealing with people all day, and then some mod or kids with adhd tell me to take steps i already took, all while everyones assuming im a bad guy. mods, dont message me here, go to that email i already sent you last night, befor i made this post. and review my account, i cant believe this is taking more than 8 hours. Ive been waiting for nearly a week now, i just need some dang help, what the heck is wrong with this support team... I payed money for this, i payed exalted for the wands, i never even have had 1 divine, and this is my only recreation, why cant they help me, why cant i message mods directly for help, im having a terrible experience because of the support team.

" It's been 3 days, support is overwhelmed as you can see and you cannot be banned for trading however people had their account compromised after have done a trade with a stranger, some people think there's a security flaw when you're in your hideout and invite someone. who knows, just giving you some answers that I saw that could leviate your concerns.
