Missing passives and other bonuses from campaign?

In POE 1, you can easily check to see if you missed any points in the campaign. Is there a way to check in POE 2? And there are more than just skill points - there are permanent buffs to resistances, additional spirit, etc. Missing some of these can make it that much harder to get an end-game build together and working. It would be great if the game can tell you what you obtained and what you still need.

You can look at this actually. When you take a look at your world map and check the different acts/cruelties, you can see the different skull icons on the Map. Those are the unique bosses in those areas and if the Skull Icons have a little + sign under/next to them, those are the ones that provide you the different permanent buffs to your spirit or passive skill points.
