Blasphemy + Decaying Hex

I'm pretty sure that this interaction is supposed to work. It allows decaying hex to be socketed into blasphemy, but doesn't produce any effect.

It also seems that open sores from the blood mage tree doesn't apply to blasphemy either

Facing same issues here just trying to bring this up again for exposure .

Decaying Hex gives the Chaos per Second component to the Hex, but the hex do not apllies it to the mobs...

Still not fixed with the new league. Please fix, this interaction would be great, or if it's not intended then don't allow certain support gems to be placed with it.
