Amulet Gives no Spirit, Chests Give Wrong Amount

On my Monk I bought a new chest and neck last night to get more Spirit. After swapping around my gear some, I'm now in a situation where my chests are giving the wrong amount of Spirit, and my Amulets give none at all.

Without gear equipped, I have 100 Spirit as normal. If I put on my chest, which has 59 Spirit, I go up to 197 Spirit total. If I put on my chest with 47 Spirit instead, I go up to 190 Spirit total. If I put on an amulet with Spirit (any amulet) it doesn't affect my total Spirit at all, but the other stats increase properly.

If I unequip my chest completely and put on an amulet with Spirit, my Spirit stays at 100.

There's nothing in my passive tree or other equipment that affect Spirit at all. I've tried turning all my meta gems off and back on again, unequipping them, etc. They all act as though I have 190 or 197 Spirit available, depending on the chest I have equipped.

I have amulet with 32 spirit on it, it works as intended, I am a sorceress, maybe its a monk issue
