Emergency Reload and Fresh Clip interaction

Im using Fresh Clip with Shockburst Rounds as support gem, working correctly, granting more damage when I reload normally (1% per bolt in magazine reloaded), but when I use Emergency Reload even it reloads the clip entirely I only got the % increased damage for missing bolts in magazine.

I mean, if my max clip size its 19, use Emegency Reload when I fire 2 bolts, then I get only 2% damage increased. I dont know if this is intentionally or its not okay.

One more thing is when I use Emergency Reload, the number in the clip in the icon on hotkey bar changes from white to yellow to indeed show the increased damage of 30% for the clip, but the DPS in the Skills tab doesnt change.

yep, i have the same problem, tested with multiple xbow skills, emergency reload doesn't count as bolt reloaded for fresh clip support gem
