Charged Rod POE 2

I'm playing as a monk and there's this ability Charged Rod that doubles the character's damage and when activated it throws "Shockwaves". , and you have to send shockwaves until the buff ends.

I've already checked Status, PAssive Tree and everything. Everything is fine. I don't know what else to do.
