i got permanent debuff

Well, I took off all the armor from my character and was in the city and found that I had a -35% debuff in resistance to lightning, fire and ice and I don't know how I got it.

I believe you lose 10% elemental resistances per act

" This is normal behavior; you become afflicted by -10% after completing each act, and you should see it on display once you traverse to the new Act zone. A banner will appear on the screen (bottom-center) with a "-10% to all resistance." It's all within the game's lore

as you progress through the campaign, you're increasingly becoming afflicted by 10% each act thanks to the "beast" as it's becoming stronger, thus affecting you more and more as time progresses because its corruption is spreading across the land over time, hence why native creatures of wildlife are mutating and such.
