stomping ground+shieldcharge+no melee weapon does not work.

stomping ground which is supposed to be about your footsteps and strenght seems to not work if you have anything other than a martial weapon. and as i am trying to build a shield skill char without a martial weapon and my stomping ground won't activate cuz of that.

ok just to confirm, while unarmed stomping ground works. it does not work if i have a scepter on.

for me it doesn't even work with a mace. I have two warrior both mace + shield. one works, the other doesn't - can't figure out why.
