Strongbox bug - Cant use skills

I opened a strongbox and was not able to use any of my skills after. I was able to move around the map trying to fix it however nothing worked. Also tried opening a portal to leave and come back in case that would fix it but kept getting an error "cant do that right now"

Same issues still persists today
