Time - lost jewels bugged out

so finaly i crafted proper timelost jwl and it doesnt work...half of the nodes doesnt get the bonus mentioned in the tooltip (3 stat nodes doesnt get the +3% dmg and bow damage, not yet taken, but tried with reskill) and a little petpeeve - maiming strike could really be in the medium ring c´mon:

EDIT: did little more testing - the bow damage get the bonus, just it adds to the number in tooltip rather then adding new line of text; so it seems stat nodes do not get the bonus (tooltip dmg went up exactly by 12% which is for those 4 passives without those 3 stat nodes).
