Missed Sacrificial Heart Quest (Act 3) Now in Act 2 Cruel, can't get back to finish....

So I no longer have a waypoint on the map to get to "The Past" or to Aggorant in Act 3. If i try to enter the Time Portal to get to the past it just sends me to Cruel Act 1 instead.






EDIT: While typing this post I found a temp solution. You have to teleport to the "Apex of Filth" first. Then open the teleporter window there and I clicked on the icon to "Travel to Hideout". But instead it sent me to the other side of the Time Portal in the past.

I was not able to recreate this once I finished the heart quest. So still no real way to get back to those zones after completing Act 3.

Found a way around this for my mate.

if you have someone on act 3, or can get there as they havent started act 3 Cruel,

they can TP to the Aggorat,

you then have your team mate, join your group, go to the time portal in Act 3 ziggaurat,

use the time portal it will put them on the beach.

from here you can use the quick teleport to a team mate.

yes it sucks but this is the only work around i have found,

and literally have a toon parked in act 3 cruel just before Doryani, so i can TP back there and help my mates who forget.

Not really a feedback thing, a clear bug/oversight because of the cruel implementation (obviously this wouldn't happen when the other 3 acts are in place).

Submit a bug report, just to make sure it's tracked by the right team.

Seems like they need to change the transition from Act 3 to Act 4. Instead of using the Time Portal just talk to the Hooded Man again like we did to leave Act 1. He's standing near the portal...

Good point, I should have posted there instead. I think it would still happen once the real Act 4 is implemented due to how you transition from Act 3 to Act 4. I just copy/pasted with a few more details to the Bug Forum. Thanks.

When you enter the portal to get to cruel it will simultaneously update the world map to show the past if you are in the present or present if you are in the past.

To simplify: Go trough portal to cruel -> cast portal to get back to town or run trough the first area and you can now select the "past" places in act3.

Note: If you casted portal and ended up in act 3 town without the waypoint you can type /hideout to get to your hideout then select the past zones from the waypoint there.
